Job Description
About the Role – Operations Analyst
We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Operations Analyst to support the scaling of our lending operations and internal processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for process optimization. You’ll play a crucial role in reporting, workflow refinement, and leveraging data to improve efficiency across the business.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure our operations are robust, scalable, and aligned with growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Analyze and refine operational workflows to improve speed and accuracy in lending and onboarding.

Data Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and report inconsistencies.

Investor Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational data packs with accurate lending metrics.

Lending Support: Assist in managing the lending book, ensuring compliance and smooth disbursements.

Systems Management: Implement and manage internal tools to enhance productivity and data integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Product, and Account Management teams to improve processes.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, data analysis, or business analysis.

Experience in financial services or fintech startups preferred.

Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to document processes and implement improvements.

Excellent communication skills with stakeholder reporting experience.

Comfortable working in fast-paced teams and taking ownership of diverse tasks.
