We are currently hiring a Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. This role is essential in building our online presence, engaging audiences, and converting digital interactions into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging video content (shooting & editing) for brand awareness and marketing campaigns

• Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, and graphics

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Develop and execute a content calendar and posting strategy

• Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and drive conversions

• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively to campaigns

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with at least 1 year of experience

• Proven track record in content creation and social media management

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools)

• Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

About the Role

This opportunity combines two critical functions within the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) ecosystem: Fraud Analysis and Operations Support.

Fraud Analysts will investigate overdue loan accounts, uncover hidden patterns, and strengthen fraud detection systems. Operations Support Officers will engage dealers, manage workflows, and ensure smooth adoption of BNPL products.

Fraud Analyst Responsibilities

Operations Support Requirements

• Bachelor’s, HND, or OND in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
