Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support educational programs and events.

Transform ideas into clear action plans.

Manage timelines, tasks, and project follow-ups.

Support partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
-
Create systems and processes for smooth operations.
-
Assist with community engagement activities.
-
Track program outcomes and prepare reports.
-
Support lead generation and business growth initiatives.
-
Collaborate with facilitators, volunteers, and partners for successful delivery.
Requirements
-
1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, administration, community management, events, or education.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
-
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
-
Professional communication skills.

Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable).

Passion for education, technology, community building, or professional development.
Bonus Points

Experience with educators, schools, NGOs, or training organizations.

Experience organizing webinars, workshops, or online events.
-
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or partnerships.
