Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist recruiters in coordinating on-campus and in-office events (logistics, assessors, materials, room reservations).

Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and run reports.

Communicate interview logistics to candidates and respond to process inquiries.
-
Support application screening and candidate management.
-
Perform administrative tasks including updating recruiting calendars.

Help coordinate consultant hiring through recruiting events.

Collaborate with recruiting leadership and wider HR teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
-
University degree required.
-
Some experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Employer Branding preferred.
-
Solid knowledge of basic computer applications.
-
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
-
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
-
Strong teamwork and independent working ability.
About McKinsey Africa Complex
The Lagos office is part of the McKinsey Africa Complex, which includes offices in Johannesburg, Casablanca, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, and Luanda, with about 500 collaborators. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Recruiting in Africa.
