About the Role
Kora is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in SEM and a passion for continuous learning in digital marketing.
This role is responsible for media planning and buying across social, search, and display platforms, managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting results. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated digital strategies align with Kora’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns across all platforms.

Optimize campaigns and manage reporting across digital touchpoints.

Oversee Kora’s MarTech stack to connect marketing activities to business growth.

Share insights from tracking tools to refine marketing strategies.

Create high-converting PPC ads.
-
Manage monthly budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing.

Drive performance growth to meet Kora’s OKRs.

Report on KPIs and lead-generation initiatives.

Map ad formats to advertising objectives.
-
Explore new opportunities and experiments to drive growth.
-
Test new channels and trends to build credibility.
-
Contribute to marketing budget planning, recommendations, and pitch decks.

Ensure a data-led approach with clear testing and adaptive strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements
You are qualified if you:

Have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.

Possess extensive experience in fintech or financial services.
-
Are proficient in data analysis and deriving insights.
-
Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.

Understand retargeting/remarketing and tag management.
-
Are proficient in Google Ads and demand-side platforms (Eskimi, Admaven, Taboola).

Have experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other reporting tools.

Can leverage data, analytics, and consumer trends for actionable insights.

Are goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Are curious, collaborative, and a strong problem solver.
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Interview Process
The interview process is designed to be transparent and efficient, lasting a maximum of 3 weeks (average 2.5 hours total). All interviews are virtual.

Working Hours
This is a remote role with no location requirement. However, working hours must align with 9:00 am – 5:00 pm WAT for at least 40 hours per week.
